How to Throw a Party Like a Pro

For Couples Visiting NY: Where to Go

Categories: Miscellaneous Posts

With the plethora of things to do and places to go to in NY, you’re probably overwhelmed with all the potential fun you’re going to experience during your stay. It’s probably best to stick with the basics and plan around the things that really make a vacation (or a honeymoon) memorable. For more information on how you can make your NY stay fun and exciting, visit Coach Buses NYC.

Dining in NY.

Decide on a delicacy you want to try for the day and scour your guidebook for restaurants that serve your choices. Examples of these dishes include sashimi platters, pesto spaghetti and Italian pizza, spicy kimchi, aromatic shawarma or flavorful paella. You can also plan your meals around shows and clubs that you’re visiting. If you’re going to one particular club, maybe you can plan ahead and look for dining spots near that particular bar you’re visiting.

Here are the top 5 places that you must visit when in NY:

1. Empire State Building – The majesty of this structure boggles the mind, and even the locals will tell you how absolutely enthralled they are with the Empire State Building (even if they lived alongside it for years and years).

2. The Statue of Liberty – The best way to appreciate this tourist destination is to ride a ferry to the statue. You can listen to your tour guide as he recounts the history of this statue.

4. Madam Tussaud’s Wax Museum – For those who watched the movie House of Wax and an earlier version of this thriller (Wax Work), visiting this museum is a treat!

5. World Trade Center – Just standing in front of this once-awesome structure and praying for those who perished during the September 11 bombing will make you appreciate the life you’re enjoying right now more. The tragedy has strengthened a lot and traumatized more, but you must go to this site while you’re in NY to send up a fervent prayer so that something like this will never happen again.
