Dieters Party: Serve Smoothies and a Lot of Fun
How hard is it to throw a dieter’s party? It’s pretty easy. First you need to think of an activity that you and your diet group all enjoy, like riding elliptical machines or jogging through the park. And, of course, serving some diet food.
When we talk about diet food, we think of tasteless stuff that don’t go down well unless you meditate about why you want to get thin first. Dieting doesn’t always have to be tedious, and diet food shouldn’t always taste like cardboard either.
