The June Bridal Season is Here
Along with the June showers come the brides! For sure, things are hectic now in party planning world, and in the home appliance world. As so many couples are getting married the wedding registries are getting busy, and the home appliance shops are receiving orders from well-wishers who almost always seem to bestow the newly weds with yet another oven toaster and a set of cutlery.
If you’re a June bride, I bet you already have your plans cemented and all you need to do now is to relax, enjoy the bliss of your last days as a bachelorette, plan your singles party with the girls, and worry about the bachelor’s party of your future husband with his friends (who may have been threatening to bring him to a strip club). But if you’re less than prepared for the big day and you’re a bundle of nerves, here are some things you can do to ease the anxiety…
1. Watch Chick Flicks
This is one tip that will benefit you if you have wedding jitters. Watching romance comedies will make you believe that love really does exist and romance is bound to continue forever. At the very least, these movies will help keep your mind off mental images of sexy women dancing on your groom’s lap during his bachelor party.
2. Go to the Parlor
If you continue to pamper yourself from now until the actual wedding, the make up artist will have less things to work on when it’s time to put on the “glowing bridal face”. If you have acne problems, you may have done some therapy already or you’re still on your acne light treatment. In any case, just go to the salon with your maid of honor and talk about anything under the sun.
