Fast Track Exercising for the Busy Party Planner
While running errands for various party functions can be exercise in itself, it doesn’t hurt to take time off to hit the gym to release stress and to tone your body. After all, as Elle Woods would say, endorphins from exercise make people happy, and happy people wouldn’t do bad things. Exercise does help you in a way. At the very least, you can shed the fat you accumulated when there are food tasting events set up by different caterers.
But exercising an hour a day in a faraway fitness center can eat up your time. You need to balance everything, so you should have a way to exercise in your own home. For this, you need tools.
Yoga Mat – Learning yoga on your own is a breeze with the many DVD tutorials around. You will need a mat to start with. Once you have the tools, you can move on to other accessories like thera band for better resistance during your exercise, and some other gym equipment.
Exercise Ball – You know those big bouncing balls that you can find in any gym? Those are there for a purpose. Simply sitting on the ball and bouncing up and down can tone your leg muscles. Spend a few minutes experimenting with your exercise ball until you find an exercise routine you can do comfortably in between party planning projects.
A Treadmill – If you can’t run around outside because it’s snowing or raining, you can do the running in your own living room! A treadmill is a staple as far as your home gym is concerned. You can do a lot of de-stressing while brisk walking on your treadmill.
