Tuna with Lemon Pepper -
Rub or sprinkle  both sides of a 3/4 inch or one inch thick tuna with salt and pepper and sear in a nonstick skillet with olive oil. Cook until browned on both sides but pink in the center (3-4 mins on each side). Transfer tuna to platter and pour the sauce.

Grilled Chicken with Crushed Ginger and Lemon Wedges
10 chicken breasts, skinless (may be cut up for bite-sized cannapes)
half cup orange juice
half cup lemon juice
3-4 cloves crushed garlic,
2 tablespoons crushed ginger

Sesame oil for basting
Salt and Pepper

Marinate the chicken in the mixture of all the remaining ingredients overnight. Drain the chicken pieces and combine the sesame oil and marinade.
